However Christianity is the only religion I have found which does not have root on it’s holy scripture. Bulk of it’s fundamental belief is made at later time. For example Jesus Christ is made God in 4th Century at Council of Nicaea. Holy Spirit has become part of God in 5th century. So is the basis of trinity.

But if you look at Bible writers most saw Jesus differently. Paul saw Jesus as god smaller than creature God works in between God and Human. Mark, Matthew and Luke considered Jesus as Prophet. Tried to mix Holy Spirit and Father with Jesus but fall short of Trinity or claiming Jesus or Holy Spirit is God. Gospel of John gnostic in nature. Book of James has considered Jesus as good teacher. The list goes on.

Church of the later day Saint or Mormons has noticed the changes so till 1960s they considered Jesus as intermediary god lesser than creature God but it is pagan in nature so changed Jesus to Prophet only. It creates another problem for them. How can a human being die for your sin and forgive all of your sin?

On the other hand mainstream Christianity knows it well Trinity at its present form is pagan in nature and no where in bible so they mask it saying Trinity is a mystery.
