It is inconsequential who the CIA is paying in Pakistan. Also, who the Indians, the Russians, the Chinese and the Saudis are paying. The point is, Pakistanis have to "man up" and control their own fate, root out the Pakistanis who are selfishly taking money from any foreigners and subverting Pakistani good governance. NO ONE else can do that. No one else is responsible for Pakistan but Pakistanis.

Pakistan also needs to tell its military to stop interfering in political matters and often acting as a parallel government.
