Why not send troops on ground to carry out precision strikes to minimize civilian causalities??? Make surprise-ground-invasions of territory, instead of announced ops like they're gonna do soon??? Nor does that Hadees implies anything like that. All I said was that air-bombing is NOT the right approach as it kills indiscriminately. Precision strike should have been carried out by so-called commandos(SSG). Yaa unhain jahaiz mai dainaay key liyay rakhaa hoa haay?
