HAL STEALTH DRONE WINGMAN UNVEILED AT AERO INDIA 2021

Yawn, yawn.
Another Pipe dream of HAL.
Truck ki bati for the Indians.
We will talk in 30 years about what happened to this project.
I would not think so - this drone suits India’s warfighting mentality perfectly by allowing them to engage in air warfare without putting any skin in the game except money.

ORCA-TEDBF🇮🇳
Is that a Navy jet?
ORCA doesn't exist in reality. Unofficial renders of ORCA were released by HAL to compete for IAF's 4th gen TE fighter, more like the AF version of TEDBF but none of the orgs officially acknowledged that project

TEDBF will replace all Mig-29's in service with IN and will also be the mainstay for IN's Aircraft Carriers. Two designs are being considered. The one posted above is Delta Canard config which has completed wind tunnel tests while there's also a trapezoidal wing & tail design that is current undergoing wind tunnel testing

Oh Boy. How many stupid Indians video you wanna see on You tube. where, Indian commentators, news readers describing how India can sweep over Pakistan and destroy it through, air and missile strikes!!

Then Feb 19 happened. The air taken out of their balloons.
You think others would be sitting idle and India can use this power!!
Grow up dude. wake up and come to reality.

HAL PTAE-7 engine is used in Wingman which was used in Lakshya drone also 😎😎View attachment 712479

The loyal wingman would be powered by indigenous engine developed by HAL,HTFE-25 it's a25kn thrust engine, currently the engine is ongoing testing for afterburner

Never underestimate your enemy. We all know how ambitiously India is filling the gaps identified 2 years back.

I am sure that we are also working on new surprises.. but surely India has taken steps in the right direction.

I think you need to come to reality and stop mirroring the Indians in their delusions of cake walks and superiority.

The day you underestimate your enemy is the day they cut you in half, blow up 50000 of you or leave you in economic ruin... or are you suggesting that never happened?

HAL is an Aerospace company right ? Like Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Airbus, etc...why HAL is also part of jet engine developer ? It is too much IMO for Aerospace company to handle both airframe and engine in the same time

Excuse me!! Who are you!!
Shut up and mind your damn business.

They are not going into developing afterburning turbojet, that's the job of GTRE, in which they are still failing.

Just hoping Rafale offset able to save that engine.

Hopefully the outcome is better than Kaveri.

SNCEMA was fairly involved in Kaveri and nothing came of that.

HAL isn't usually involved in the design phase. All R&D work is carried out by ADA when it comes to fighter jet programs while GTRE is responsible for developing engines. HAL only does the manufacturing/assembling but is involved with the R&D work for such smaller turbofan engines

Because they wanted to replace indian core with Frencg one. DRDO refused , the negotiation for offset for engine is still ongoing.

And France govt signed a legally binding contract with india to transfer that tech, at some point it will happen.

France trying to resolve there own internal politics between private companies.
