Hafiz Saeed gave a very decent interview on Capital Talk, I would suggest everyone listen to it.

He clearly said "I condemn these attacks on Mumbai" repeatedly!

Well right after the attacks his magazine was praising the 10 glorious Mujahids of Islam who embraced Shahadat while attacking Mumbai.

Point I was making was he is not a fugitive or absconding or anything like that, he's like here I am try me in court and prove your allegations against me. He is fighting for his case.

It's not a legalistic issue ... these people boast in their rallies about the Mujahids they send to fight and die outside Pakistan. Why now cry over a bounty?

thats because of Pak state protection. India has given a lot of proof, none of which is acceptable to Pak. I think even members of this forum need to come to the same page on what is PROOF. Otherwise this point will just go round and round on this boards without resolution.

And the funny thing is you Pakistanis have pronuounced Modi to be the culprit without even a thousandth of the proof that we have given about Saeed.. lol..

OK, he just praised the Mujahids who fought and died in Mumbai, without actually admitting he sent them. But I think this bounty is more related to his contribution to the Afghan Jihad. The Difa people have been open about that too.

He is not in hiding, what are we protecting him from? We are conducting a case, India is not submitting the evidence needed to start the case. We are doing something, Indian state is hiding the evidence.

Problem is till now we don't even know if JuD was involved in the Mumbai attacks. India told us that Ajmal Kasab told them that HS ordered the Mumbai attacks. Ok fine, now let Ajmal Kasab tell that to us too.

Hey hey, Indians are quoting here he admitted to Mujahids (without quoting anything as usual, just hawai firing) -

The very fact that Saeed is not in hiding shows state complicity. He is free to do what he wants.. Now he will go into hiding, by your govt. This is same as Dawood ibrahim who is a known criminal and now graduated to terrorist. He is roaming in Pak with all freedom , which is only because of state security. If pak state didnt give him security he wouldnt be in Pak.
