imagine the kind of power Hafees Sayeed must wield within the Pakistani establishment to be able to 1) make Pakistani courts release him 2) roam around raising money for jihad and 3) acquire the amount of press coverage within Pakistan.

NDMA back then was a failure they were aided by the army they dont have helos but they prpvided tents and basic facilities to millions if not thousands
