Yep, China need for new powerful bomber to replace old H-6.
After J-20 & J-31 stealth fighter project, H-18 will be the 1st China stealth bomber, and we just lack another - Red B2, next years PLAAF's bomber fleet will strengthen. If H-18 is ture, waiting for clear pic.

Indians' a$$ will be on fire if China sell H18 strategic bomber to PAF. 
I think H18 bomber will be extremely expensive, it will cost PAF lots. If PAF posess five or six pops of this beast to deliver Nuclear erapons to implement accurate munnition delivery, IAF will consider twice when it wanna attack Pakistan.
