Gujarat CM Modi to get Canadian, US visa soon

You gotta say, this guy indeed can pull off anything.

Well most tyrants are very able leaders.

Most tyrants = Good leaders is not the same as All good leaders are tyrants.

NaMo comes in the latter category --- especially when there is nothing against him in a court of law considering the fact that an irrationally anti-Modi government is at the centre.

Anyway no use in parroting it again as for some NaMo is the reason for their existence , in a queer way ;)

whats his IELTS band score..???;)

For US it is GRE dude.

Myths of developments of Gujarat under Modi exposed:

What has Modi done for Gujarat:

The number of jobless people in Swarnim Gujarat state has risen by 97,095 in the last two years according to a government agency. In other words, on an average the number of unemployed people has been rising by over 4,000 per month.

In 2007-08, there were 7, 92,033 jobless people in Gujarat but in 2008-09 this had increased to 8, 24,769. But according to the latest figures (for the 11-month period ended February 2010) available with the state's labour and employment department, the number of unemployed people in the state is now 8, 89,128.

The number of jobless people is now close to 9 lakh.

Gujarat has a high 31.8 per cent population living below poverty line, says a Planning Commission report. This is higher than several major states such as Jammu & Kashmir (13.2 per cent), Kerala (19.7 per cent), Punjab (20.9 per cent), Himachal Pradesh (22.9 per cent), Haryana (24.1 per cent), Tamil Nadu (28.9 per cent) and Andhra Pradesh (29.9 per cent).

Poverty line for Gujarat – monthly expenditure of Rs 501.58 per person in rural and Rs 659.18 in urban areas – is based on National Sample Survey (NSS) norms fixed in 2005-06, which includes ‘nutritional, educational and health outcomes’, to quote from the report.

Senior expert Prof Indira Hirway says, “High incidence of poverty in rural Gujarat shows that the recent boost in agricultural production has failed to benefit the poorest of the poor, particularly farm labourers.”

Media Scan Bangalore: Unemployment Rising In Vibrant Gujarat

It was Shaktisinh Gohil’s turn. Following is his Facebook message on Vibrant Gujarat summit:

“Myth versus Reality : Vibrant Gujarat is about propaganda and favours to select group of industrialists. Educated unemployed youth figure has gone up to 8.5 lakh plus in Gujarat(and this is the govt figure only registered at employment bureaus). The real figure could be more starking. Gujarat is vibrant only for a few…. Otherwise, home grown Small and Medium Enterprises(SME) and industries face a host of problems.”

If the US denied him a visa on human rights grounds, Canada probably give him one either.

Times are changing and the US may see more opportunity with Modi......he is the future of a Strong and prosperous India....Im not Hindu nor am I North India but this guy is meticulous when it comes to governance...

SIRs are special regions spread over a minimum 50,000 hectares where industries can buy lands directly from local owners. They are not offered concessions like tax benefits as in SEZs. However, the main benefit of SIRs is that they provide quality infrastructure and development even before units become operational. In every SIR, 55 per cent area is to be set aside for residential townships and other non-processing units.

Flipping through an Indian political thread here awhile ago someone said he was responsible for the violence.

Exactly bro someone here...doesn't mean much....some posters are very ignorant of what is going on in India

Its been having like 11+% growth rates sense like 2008 to top it off.

With regard to the ship breaking, India needs to find a business model that meshes environmental and business friendly practices so its a win win situation for the locals....the last thing we want to see is a spike in Cancer..which is hitting high levels in India....We have to admit we local gov'ts that are to corrupt to enforce such rules governing pollution and dumping of toxins.

Modi is role model for Indian politicians. USA realized that he will be Indian PM soon.

Its been having like 11+% growth rates sense like 2008 to top it off.

The fact is that you don't understand that Gujarat has always been a prosperous state, & Modi hasn't done anything special there as has been exposed by my Post #34.

Its been having like 11+% growth rates sense like 2008 to top it off.

Let me shatter the illusions in your head by presenting a few examples:

1. Gujarat has become the most indebted state in the country under Modi. An average Gujarati has a per capita debt of Rs 20,000 on his head.

2. Ever since Modi took over as CM of Gujarat, unemployment has increased in Gujarat. 62,000 small and medium enterprises have closed down since he came.

3. His social discriminatory policies towards the Muslims are well known even after 2002.

4. For every nano car that is manufactured, Rs 60,000 is being contributed in terms of concessions by the Gujarat treasury.

5. Gujarat has the 3rd highest female infant mortality rate in India (after Punjab and Tamil Nadu). Gujarat has the 2nd worst male female ratio in India.

6. Gujarat is 5th for the least wages in India.

Those points above were from myself. To read the details of the myths of vibrant Gujarat under Modi, please open this link:

@bilalhaider
Im sorry to see Mr Modi affects u so much, that rater than doing something productive u end up here, posting garbage, but except those who hate him.. that would fail to convince even the most dull of men..
All ur averages date 12 years back ..u have no Idea what Modi has achieved in 10 years .

The only single truth in all ur references was related to debt..but let me convince u if u allow me the courtesy of an open mind ,

The Modi Debt is not something new..it is also calculated among the 5.1% Indian debt of 2011 ...that got reduced this year from 6.5% so u see Debt is hardly a thing to worry about if the market keeps itself on a stable trajectory.

If there was any kind of material against Modi believe me the Congress would be the first to lob the head off the prize Horse of the BJP..

Nevertheless on topic seeing that theres a high chance of the BJP coming to power in the next elections ..i think its an inevitable decision the US and the Canadians ha to make ..
