I have been to Surat, however I feel its more like semi urban city only. Even for second home, I would prefer further north towards Suarasthra.

People often confuse between crowd and tall buildings with development over ease to earn and live and fun of life.

It's a 68 storied, twin-towered residential tower called Lodha Venezia, and it's still not topped out.

This tower looks complete to me, it doesnt looks like they are gona add anymore floors to this,however i guess 2 tower is yet to come up. But sure adds to the skyline.
