Group Ukroboronprom: Vietnam will buy "platypus" Su-34

In the report "Vietnam military potentials" of the Group Ukroboronprom arms exports (Ukraine) have mentioned that Vietnam will buy combat aircraft Su-34 multifunctional.
Arms Export Corporation Ukroboronprom (Ukraine) recently published report entitled " ОБОРОННЕ ЗРОСТАННЯ ПО-В'ЄТНАМСЬКИ - Vietnam military potentials, "which focuses on assessing national defense capabilities of our country.
According to the report, Vietnam is likely to buy fighter - Versatile bomb Su-34 and some other modern weapons instead of capital equipment originating from the USSR (former) and Eastern Europe, through many years of use so far was very much outdated.
Orientation of Vietnam is to invest to put the PK-KQ Air Force, Navy, Communications - electronic warfare and special mission headed up modern armament new generation. In the near future, these weapons are mainly originating from Russia.
Air Force, Vietnam has purchased 20 Su-30MK2 aircraft from Russia and Sukhoi Company has proposed to build an aircraft maintenance center Su for the regional countries. Under the plan, Vietnam will build four regiments modern fighters.
Currently, the MiG-21 still account for the largest number of equipped, but over the next 5 to 10 years they will be disqualified border, should be replaced. Candidate will be a lightweight fighter, the JAS-39 may be the Swedish Gripen.
Another surprise is the information of Ukroboronprom report may indicate Vietnam will buy the fighter Su-34 multi-purpose bomb to replace the Su-22 was too old.
Su-34 is considered one of the most advanced fighter bombs in the world today. With 12 racks, it can carry up to 8 tonnes of weapons, including precision-guided bombs, air missile, anti-ship, the land is very diverse. Combat radius of over 1,000 km.
System modern avionics including glass cockpit with multifunction display and multitasking radar Leninets B-004 passive phased array scanning, can detect air targets from a distance of 250 km, up map of ground distance of 150 km.
Su-34 combat in all weather conditions, regardless of the day or night, advancing all kinds of targets at sea and on the ground, especially the ability to attack multiple targets simultaneously.
