Power generation is only
25% the problem solved. The biggest, nastiest problem that we face is the dismal, disgraceful and utterly garbage structure of power logistics and maintenance. Which suffers from an acute shortage of qualified technicians, qualified management, skilled electricians and infrastructure support.
Unskilled, un-educated and corrupt staff run from the top, down! Sindh is the laughing stock of Pakistan, where nepotism is flows unchecked, like a stain on the integrity of Pakistan. Sindhi culture of "
Salary Pick-Up" where inept b@$t@rds who work for KESC and other state institutions. Only show up for work on the day, they have to go to pay-roll department to pick-up their cheques.
Logistics support is so pathetic, that original parts in stock are sold in the black market for profit by staff and replaced with knock-off parts in cheap. And then there is the "
Meter-Tamper" which slows the meter to lower the electricity bills of major industrial groups. And of course, then there is the utterly disgusting Kunda-Culture that runs the length and breadth of Pakistan.
Unless laws aren't put in place and ENFORCED by ruthless prosecution. It wouldn't matter whether you have 50000 MW of electricity produced or 1000000 MW of electricity produced. The problem will still exist, when cronies of PPP, PML-N, MQM, Fazlu-Group are running around rampant, like a bunch of inbred $wine$.
