Ee can't trial him, it was our embassy fault and the gross negligence on part of FIA that he came to pakistan.
He travelled to pakistan on valid pass port and visa. He can not be held responsible for the negligence on our part.

Bingo. The man is no spy -- an idiot, maybe -- but no spy. What kind of a spy uses the same passport to re-enter the country? The fault is Pakistan's alone.

No it proves nothing as told by @Ranasikander it was our embassy's mistake that they provided him visa it's our fault.

At-least try and stop the occasional drone attacks on your soil, then come and ridicule others. LOL
