I thought Imran khan will not bow down, but he has done it for few extremist. .. This is the mentality of Imran khan which we fear. There is a reason pakistan taliban appointed him as leader.
We are again moving towards extremism, religious bigotry and sectarian issues.
I wish this news is wrong. Decision was made on merit by appointing him as 25 best economist of the world.
FIRST MURDER OF MERIT
I smell pinky peerni behind this

Pak's loss. Pak's loss for thinking they can have anyone of Atif Mian's stature advising them on economic matters. There is no Pakistani that comes even close to who he is. Atif Mian is already more accomplished and successful than any of these brain-dead characters that were against him. Same useless people will grovel for loans from the zionist IMF and atheist China. Atif Mian, a muslim subject to hatred and discrimination, was the only one capable of pulling Pak out of the economic morass it finds itself in today, ironically due to the same khatim e nabuwwat harping zealots who continuously harp endlessly about useless matters and can't seem to get out of their own way.

Horrendous decision by PTI! This is on Amir liaquat levels. First you greatly defend putting a minority on an important advisory position and then later on ask him to step down just because some extremist f**ks can't shut up about their hate for a certain minority.. He wasn't even in the govt proper but just an advisor.. seriously everyone who thinks like this can go f** themselves.. this will further encourage Ahmedi prosecution that the community is currently facing.. stay on your gotdamn decision that you made and defended PTI. First actually bad decision by the govt. since its inception. what the hell were they thinking!? Ditching an important advisory asset due to some extremist nuts doing baqwas?

Ager itni nafrat karto ho Ahmedi's seh to Pakistan seh nikal kyon nahi dayta un ko? retarded nation

They'll be the same idiots crying when ahmedis badmouth Pak. Despite what Pak has done to them, it's amazing that they've stayed loyal and committed to Pak and its interests.

It was recommended to Imran Khan from his well rather best wishers. Thank God he did not turn it into an ego issue.

What exactly does that mean? Who are his well wishers? And why should they be listened to? This puts into question IK's and Asad Umar's commitment of putting Pakistan and its economy first. He cowered under pressure from mentally-stunted people. There should be no felicitations on order.

Regardless this decision goes against one of PTI's major principles. Iam a PTI supporter on its principle. After this decisions i don't think i'll be as vocal about PTI as i was before because they cave in to a small extremist sect. while disregarding the prosecution of that minority.

Who gave you right to call entire nation as being retard ? and BTW if an Ahamedi/ Qadyani is working against the interest of our country he or she must leave the country before being thrown out from here its as simple as that.

Here is my take on this. Atif mian was a great fit for this job. He was a great thinker. For PTI the took it as a political decision because fall out.of this decision was getting bigger. Yes Atif mian was great fit for this job but there are also better options out there.

On the whole I am not happy on his dismissal because now this has become very symbolic. He was rejected for being minority. This is bad omen. Instead the very first choice should have been made wisely so things should not come this far.

Don't get carried away. PTI can't afford controversies right now...Too many other daunting challenges ahead.

PTI did an 'actual' u-turn on one of its major principles. Its principally horrendous. I might not have lost my faith into IK that much but certainl PTI as a party cannot stand even little pressure at all. They need to improve otherwise even great decisions will turn out to be just smoke rather than something substantial.

It has been just few weeks since Khan has taken office.....He will have to follow steady. I think clever and well established politicians aka status quo is playing game with Khan.

Khan appoints Atif....Opposition launches media warfare, accusing Khan of being pro qadiyani and against rules of Islam

Khan retracts....opposition launches media warfare again, accusing Khan of giving up to pressure of social media/religious nuts

We need to be patient...What we need to understand that given how Khan faces uphill tasks i.e economy, education and clever and cunning opposition, he must avoid controversies here.

He needs public backing big time because the decisions he is going to take against corrupt mafia do require strong support for Khan otherwise Khan will lost the plot

I think that's good decision...He already has many enemies - inside and outside. No need to make further

Replacement of Atif will be good as well, rest assured

I don't care he is Qadyani /hindu or what ever... We just need the right man to do the job.. Why didn't pti thought about this blacklash before appointing him as an advisor .... No wonder PTI govt is labeled as U-Turn party.

PTI was always close to extremist mindset and soft stance on taliban. This is first murder of merit by Kicking out atif mian due to few dozen extremist pressure. Pinky peerni must be behind this. We are moving towards stone age.

what was getting bigger? Crying and moaning? He could've stayed the course and not pussied out and the people would've supported him. It was a chance for PTI to truly show that this was a new Pakistan where merit mattered and people discussed and solved real issues. He sullied and took the off ramp. His Madina riyasat and any other hogwash is now completely meaningless. And if someone threatened violence they should've taken care of those threatening violence according to the law of the land.

How do you know that Atif mian is working against the interests of the country? He wasn't even in the govt. but only as an advisor voluntarily. He's certainly one of the world's recognized brains out there. They as a community are being prosecuted and killed. I have every right to call a certain part of the nation if not all of it as 'retarded' because i have seen its decisions in voting for and voicing their support for morally and financially corrupt people in the past. I live here so i have as much as right to criticize them as much as i want and btw it also includes my relatives and friends who spout BS like this.

I personally think, one should have done one's home work before taking a decision. Only if you have done the homework, you're 100% and can take a stand and you can defend your decision. If you lack proper homework, you are not able defend it when questioned. That's what happened in this case.

That's what i figured. I don't care about her dress and I support her and oppose those that try to call what a women wear's into question and connect it to anything else. But I was afraid of what was inside her head and how that might influence IK for the bad. If i recall she was also behind the original Atif Mian flareup back about a few years ago...

Lets not mix in his wife because she's got nothing to do with either this decision nor Imran Khan's politics. The media already drags everyone related to IK on the TV screen for no reason and now IK is trying his best to not include anyone in his business as PM so let's not shall we? :)

A wise decision at the end. I was fearing that foolish people around IK would advise him to 'brave it out' just like all other controversies.
But sense prevailed and PTI responded to the sensitivities of the nation. Nations only progress when they don't comprise their core values to appease others.

I would love to witness the mourning and outrage of the desi liberal and Qadiyani party now. Let it commence [emoji23]View attachment 497126
