There's only one solution, make Karachi a federally administered area like Islamabad, or at least create an urban Sindh province. I also propose that Gwadar be separated from Baluchistan province to avoid the same fate as Karachi now, and that Gwadar, Karachi and Hyderabad be amalgamated into a new administrative division

definitively need several more manageable provinces on administrative ease basis not race.
A constitutional package to form 12-15 provinces and a strong local government.
