I have been reading The News since 1995 and started reading Dawn in 2012, to me personally Dawn is the best . Its Journalists/Analysis /Columns etc are more insightful and informative then The News. The News however has one advantage , bcz of their access in power corridors they can break news quicker then others.

Ok heres the thing, i just turned on my tv and geo news was not their, rang my local cable network guy, was tild that it is as per PEMRA directives that geo has been shifted to the end of the list.....i repeat it is as per PEMRA directives, that is the regulatory authority

That would be wrong.

PEMRA should wait for a formal reply to its Show Cause Notice by Geo before doing anything. Such measures, if taken by PEMRA, would indicate that it is not being fair. The move has probably been ordered by the "agencies", but that is patently illegal and unfair to the due process too.
