Yes, Pakistan is not "oil rich" barely meet its own expenses...Kill somebody in UK, US or EU and face sanctions on whatever left...

Yes he did..no denying in that..But black water was just here from the time of Mushraf hiring "ex-hub ul watan parast" and paying heavy salaries to them..If you remember that incident..Further no visa can be granted to those "persons" unless its cleared by "men in embassy". Foreign policy or relations wit US does not come under the authority of FO , anyhow..It was him/Mushraf who brought this mess of terrorism in Pakistan
