To deal with enemy yes absolutely yes. General James Jones was security adviser to President Obama. And Colin Powell was another one. PS Lt General(retd) Janjua is retired can you read that part clearly.

but your army is the most important functioning body in the whole of Pakistan, civvie rule is mostly just for show and for less important stuff, you know it too
