So Indian unilateral action is wrong and our unilateral action is legally ok in the eyes of the world.
Maybe that's why we loose all our international cases, because'we' know best.
To criticize the Army top brass doesn't imply hatred of the Army.
A childish and stupid argument.
The Army has a clear role and should stick to it.
I would criticize the judiciary if they tried to raise an army to fight for the country, because it's not their job.
) Pakistan maintains that as Maharaja Hari Singh never exercised sovereignty over GB, he could not have transferred GB to India under the so-called instrument of accession as one can not transfer more rights than he possesses under International Law. So, the legal status of GB is different compared to AJK where the State Subject Rule is still strictly enforced
Note the first line, Pakistan maintains(Indians do not)
That's not what's being said, read again, carefully ...
Any provisional action that does not deny the right to self-determination (in a plebiscite held under UN auspices) to the people of GB does not constitute violation of international law or UNSC resolutions. Just like the 1963 Sino-Pak boundary agreement which is provisional; pending final settlement
Indian actions on the other hand constitute a blatant violation of UNSC resolutions and international law as India has unilaterally tried to alter the status of IoK, permanently, and it's not the first time India has done it. The very articles India has repealed in Aug 2019, in fact, were in violation of Indian commitments under UN resolutions. But this time India has allowed foreigners (i.e Indian citizens from other states) to buy property and settle in Indian Occupied Kashmir; an attempt at permanently altering the demographics of the region, that's why all the fuss/reaction
Now there is no such law in force in GB region. Pakistanis can own property in GB. That's what was explained in the post which you quoted but obviously didn't bother to read/comprehend.
Maybe that's why we loose all our international cases, because'we' know best.
We are discussing Kashmir here and regardless of Indian actions/clout, Kashmir still remains a disputed territory under international law, on the agenda of UNSC as an unresolved international dispute, whose final accession to India or Pakistan remains to be decided.... No Indian win and Pakistani loss here ... Nor does that happen "always" .. Self-loathing Pakistanis like you are a curse on this nation

There of course is nothing wrong in criticising Army top brass
But your posts reek of hatred against the entire institution..
You are not criticising Army, you are trying to malign it just because your political gods are doing the same.
Try to be honest at least
