No one gives a damn about the Simla agreement. Kashmir cause is still present in united nations and the insurgency in Kashmir is getting stronger since 1990.It,s time for these Indians to prepare for the dire consequences incase they won,t withdraw Indian army from IOK.

Give a damn or not, it is still a treaty in full force, binding on the sovereign state of Pakistan.

The last "dire consequences" took place in 1971 A.D.
Which in turn resulted in the SIMLA AGREEMENT.
So that 93,000 POWS could go home from captivity.
That is just about as "dire" as things can get........

My "informed" friend , The Simla agreement did not agree over repatriation of prisoners of war (POW) and it was in 1974 in a separate agreement result into three way exchange of POW between Bangladesh, India, and Pakistan.

Siachin was the first major violation by India..... Even the fencing of LOC by India is a violation of the spirit of Simla Agreement

Insurgency in Kashmir is all time low in recent years if figures are to be believed. Though I am not surprised that you guys have not learned from your previous mistakes. And about 'dire consequences', we have shown you from time to time.
