No dear - Pakistan's economy can't stand against sanction, all our exports are to countries who are in US camp - JF-17 is result of sanction on military weapons and in that case we were importers and we simple switched our supplier, But to whom you will export your products IF US force your customers not to buy? Iran's example doesn't fit on Pakistan - They are rich with Oil, Gas and minerals - Which they can sell even on half price if needed.

Even if US sanction only SSGL or SNGL even than we will be in trouble, equipment and machinery aside we will be struggling to arrange Protective Coatings that are needed to maintain existing pipelines and plants and it's one simple example.

They say don't jump in water you will drown here is the problem without jumping in you cant learn to swim so unless we learn to swim threat of drowning can always be used.

My friend if we don't even no how to produce coatings we need for our pipelines which we have been operating for years. If paying back lousy $300 million loan repayment to IMF is a problem for our country.

Hate to break this to you even after 60 years we are still kept under different kind of sanctions .Look around you our so called leaders living in luxury almost all of them 2nd grade fail our generals spending billions on themselves yet we have no money for spare parts on top majority of our budget being spent on defense.

Without that Gas your textile plants will not be running for long US refuses to give us civilian nuclear tech so we can over come our energy needs.

Like it or not we have to learn to Grow up otherwise 60 years from now it will be the same problem's facing our kids and we will have ZarDari number 2 or 3 governing us.
