Gap Between Real & declared NA Seats " The Pakistani National Assembly "

I had observed one problem in ECP Declaration about NA Seats ..

The sum of seats in NA are 342
But the final results of ECP show the fig are 272
Election Commission of Pakistan

So what is this doubtful position..

The Total Elected Members are 272 and total reserved seats for women are 60 and the total reserved seats for Non-Muslim are 10

elections r contested on 272 general seats... rest 70 r reserved, 60 for women and 10 for minorities... any party who gets 50% general seats i.e. 136 out of 272, they automatically get half reserved seats i.e. 30 for women and 5 for minorities... so add these 35 seats to their 136 and their total seats comes out to b 171.

Fill the free space of thread..

its to make sure that women and minorities also get a representation in NA, as its a party`s own choice to give tickets to whoever they want for general seats
