we have a lot of great individual pieces, good overall infrastructure (relatively speaking), hospitals are good and the cities are pretty clean, but city planning in the past 30 years has been mediocre. Now that standards are being set, it's too late. We need a complete boom (China style) to take down entire blocks and build all over again but at least the new stuff aren't bad at all (cept all the mass house construction the regime likes to build for lower income families, those are straight up commie blocks).
