No for Pakistanis - As we don't have shortage of human traffickers who will miss use any relaxation extended and will bad name to whole nation. I don't want any Visa-Free entry (To/From Pakistan) arrangement with any country until we have proper controls in place to ensure misuse of it.

We have this incident some time back. A bunch of workers from India/Bangladesh were gawking at girls (white tourists) on our beach. I read that some of them have not seen girls wearing shorts/sleeveless in public before coming here.

This is also combined with a pilot free trade policy for the island. Much like the original economic opening test with Shenzhen, this will be done with Hainan and the dynamics can be localised. Hainan's development had been recent and can offer great growth in the future as a vacation/recreation hub of China.
