- 据央视新闻客户端4月18日报道，公安部今天（18日）上午召开新闻发布会，国家移民管理局在发布会上通报，经国务院批准，自2018年5月1日起，在海南省实施59国人员入境旅游免签政策，进一步支持海南全面深化改革开放。

为支持海南经济建设发展，多年来，公安部门一直积极制定出台一系列出入境便利措施，2000年，在海南省实施21国人员团队入境旅游15天免签政策，并于2010年进行了优化，将免签入境政策适用国家增加至26个。

根据规定，对入境海南后有正当理由需要前往其他省份的，或者需要超过免签期限在海南继续停留的，可以向当地公安机关出入境管理机构申请办理停留证件。公安机关出入境管理机构将依法提供便利。
According to the regulations, if you need to go to other provinces after entering Hainan for legitimate reasons, or if you need to stay in Hainan for more than the time limit for visa exemption, you may apply to the Exit and Entry Administration Department of the local public security organ to apply for a stay permit.
