The problem is we are people centric. Not Action centric. i.e. your belief should be "do good for your fellow man" NOT because your fellow man will help you tomorrow, but your good deeds will. IF you start focusing on "man" he will always let you down. Guaranteed.

Its called tribalism. Societies in the middle east , which are decimating Christian, Jewish and Yizidi communities in the name of religious purity do so without hesitation. So why the double standard?

Ridiculous. Naturally the Europeans will prefer their own to foreigners who share no cultural similarity. The same as Japanese who will naturally prefer our own over others. The same for the Chinese, the Koreans, the Thais, the Persians, et cetera et cetera.

Funny you didn't mention how the Jews are decimating the Muslims in Palestine. But knowing how closed and biased Japanese society is, I am not at all surprised by your post.

The Lisbon treaty is about EU members.EU members are not obliged to help everyone out there but they have to help other EU members by treaty.

Not that a treaty should make a EU member help another one after a tragedy like Paris,it is also a moral duty.

The Syrians under Assad have decimated more Arabs in a span of 3 years than Israel has decimated Palestinians in the past 50 years combined. How about the thousands of Chaldeans, Assyrians, Yizidi, Shia and even moderate Sunnis who have been liquidated by ISIS in the past 2-3 years? I suppose some view the barbarity of these two do not compare to Israel?

I've said nobody is whining,not that muslim countries didn't show solidarity.I'm pretty sure all internationl community condemned the attacks in Turkey or the Peshawar school attacks to.But,take a look on this forum...it never is enough....

I a not sure if there is any single member who have not written a post or two condemning these attacked.
Whats wrong is wrong dear, whether the attackers claimed to be Muslims or Jews, whether the killed ones were Christians o Hindus, this is NOT ABOUT religion, this is about humanity. We all do condemn these attacked, I personally wish the French security forces all the success in there operations against ISIS, this in turn will also mean peace for the innocent Syrian civilians. 250000 of whom have been killed already. I wish them all the success and pray that they make the right decisions and go in there with the right intent to kill and destroy ISIS terrorists and may Allah's support be with them. i Hope they do go in there with the right intent always, right? So how can and why will any body in there right state of mind not condemn the attacks and loss of innocent civilians and support the operation targeting ISIS to destroy them and also bring peace to the whole arab region.

My friend, i understand you feelings, we have been through that hundreds of times. At such time, no condolences seem enough, no support looks appropriate, we have been there hundreds of times , but rest assured, it is all there. Our prayers and thoughts are with those who have been effected.
