I was worried about the fate of 2 pak soldiers who crossed the border and were returned... I am not sure whether that was loc or border... anyway, I was hoping things would be de-escalated as it was a nice gesture after Modi refused to meet IK... also we returned their men when their chopper landed at our base in skardu... so idea is we are not blood thirsty and hope they aren't either...

if our killing is reactional... then reaction are short lived.. if we have a policy or a thought process then that can be taken for generation.. so just was trying to understand.. @Imran Khan @HariPrasad

This is a viscous circle from which to get out requires a special effort. Now a retaliation will come from India and this will go on. Lst us hope that something positive comes out of it.

There was a time when I used to depend on both the medias to try and discern the actual facts.
Till I realized the indian media is only but a mouth piece of the indian establishment.
Problem with Pakistan is, the media is way to free than it should be.
The open unrelenting criticism of armed forces and the govt in general is more than it is in any other nation.

Your GOC of 1st armoured Division did the same when his jeep was machine-gunned in Asal Uttar and his artillery Brigadier AR Shammi sitting beside him was killed.

Just like last year we found not 35 Pakistani military casualties on LoC and not just 12 from ISPR press release, we may soon find the real number of pak military LoC casialties in 2018.
Investiture ceremonies will also give us some more info.

well logically, i still believe that an army twice the size of yours with 7 times the defense budget of your would have enough arms and abilities to take similar potshoots. moreover we dont need to care about killing the "kashmiri Brothers" on the other side of the boarder.
