My friend, in Japan, I can start with about (USD equivalent) = $105,000 - $110,000.
My uncle works for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries as a senior IE (Industrial Engineer) and earns (USD equivalent) around $250,000.
That's true man, I mean I lack the discipline, but I know that's the wage, but the oil field is far more lucrative in Canada. Though the ability to live in a good place like Japan rather than Canada is a prize in its own. Lol, you don't know what lame means until you stay in Canada.
Its a lot of sacrifice, @Backbencher . Seeing many of my friend(s) from high school getting married / having kids is one bad side. But, as i always say, everything has its time.
What field of engineering did you go into?![]()
I thought going to your friends weddings is awesome, the brides maids thing is a myth, I find cousins are better, not my cousins of course, lol.
