Former PM of Pakistan Abbasi Admitting he Couldn't Establish Writ of Govt!

Its nothing short of miracle that the last government crossed the finishing line.

Corruption galore was the Motto of the previous government.

.
Following video is truly startling. A seasoned anchor like Talat Hussain had to pause and ask the former PM of Pakistan Shahid Khaqan Abbasi again what the PM was really saying. Basically, the then PM of Pakistan couldn't even call the Rangers force to kick out only a few hundred TLP thugs from the Faizabad sit-in in 2017. Yes, the same TLP making headlines for their latest 'protests' these days!!

The whole interview is worth watching--it's in Urdu, so I will summarize a few things here:

1) PM Abbasi admitting that he couldn't even call the Pakistan Rangers--the Rangers refused!
2) Even the Punjab Police wouldn't put its neck out against TLP because of how the police got framed for the Model Town killings (yes, that time it was Imran Khan's buddy Mullahs rioting!!)
3) PM Abbasi: PM Imran Khan shouldn't have made a threat against TLP publicly when he can't carry it out.
4) In the video, there's a disagreement between the current govt's minister and the TLP guy; the TLP guy, in the video, makes a threat to the minister: You will see what will become of you!
5) TLP guy wants unconditional release of all rioters while the minister says its up to the courts to decide.

People who have known me here must know that I very forcefully and consistently opposed Imran Khan's 2014 Dharnas--and so did most sane Pakistanis. Not only that would set a bad precedent to change the govt using street power but would also give undue space to an imported Mullah from Canada (Tahir ul Qadri), who was Imran Khan's ally then.

But... Imran's stupidity in 2014 was well helped by many members here. So long as the target was PMLN, it was okay to use the imported Mullah and his fanatical brigade, right?! And so, while I don't know the facts about the Model Town 14 deaths by police, my very strong hunch is that police didn't kill the Mullah brigade for fun--the Mullah brigades always have willing martyrs in its ranks--listen to the goons of TLP Pakistan, if you are missing the point!!!! And yet so many of you, in your myopia and political partisanship, have been roasting PMLN for the Model Town killing of 2014.

Guys: Open your eyes and think for Pakistan--not for Nawaz Sharif or Imran Khan. In your partisanship, you have taken away the powers from the police--which may be corrupt or inefficient in Pakistan, but still better than THE MOB!!!

This.... Well said.Political partisanship is now threatening the state itself.

Or we can split current 4 provinces to atleast 10. It will decrease influence of these big provinces and will help keep country intact.

A centralized system will work wonders for this country.

@Meengla your video don't work ..here is his interview

‘All parties voted for the oath change’

Ex-PM Shahid K Abbasi

So many lies and cover ups and now they admit it. As a muslim and as a Pakistani, it is soul destroying that these people are allowed to get away it.

Army was brought in by the govt itself to cool down the protestors out there on the roads.

No, Centralized.

We're more or less decentralized right now.

Most notable examples of what I mean is
Japan
China
France
Turkey
Both of Koreas

All thise worked due to the nature and culture of those nations. Like you mentioned japan, it worked because all of them were japanese , having same culture and norms. Same goes with french, and koreans. China is relatively diverse but not to our level. We are like 5-7 major groups making a nation. There will always be struggles for power among these groups (ethinic, political or relgious). So a decentraluzed form of system is well suited for us. Thats my thinking.

That's just few of the notable picks.
However, Disregarding their cultural bond.
But well, when they have corruption. They have something to show for it while they eat away a portion.

Regardless.
It's not just that they are bond by culture.
It's the system that works in a more logical manner.
With Hierarchy and all.

Decentralized is going to do us alot more harm in the long run.
An obvious example is Sindh and Balochistan.

each province lagging behind is obviously going to end up having their political and ethnic differences in the long run and will give them unnecessary narrative to fight against the leading province with their "[Provincial] oppression".

Well, Long story.
But you get the idea about one of the issue.
