if iam not wrong many shias and sunnis in pakistan hate each other, many hate ahemadiyas, jews are hated by all, going by arguments i can say that pakistanis hate their own people, how can they be friends with us.
''many'' is too much....Most people dont care; you do have people who internally have sectarian feelings but mask them, though u also have people who are open about it. . .
on the whole, it isnt endorsed by society. It's a Sunni majority country but the PM is a Shiia; there are many Shiias in govt military entertainment and all other walks of life -- so this whole Shiia-Sunni thing isnt a big deal at all in Pakistan only few people try to make it one
however caste system is apartheidism of 21st century....i mean, you have teenager shudras/untouchables getting thrashed like an animal just for drinking water out of a brahmin water fountain.
so if there's anyone self-loathing and enemy of their own people --that would without a shadow of a doubt be ''awarded'' to hindustan.....
ask a south indian to learn hindu and act like the 'superior' northern indians and see what will happen
holding economic ties and your people's prosperity hostage to "core issues", where has that led you?
every man, women and child will raise HELL if we ever abandoned Kashmir cause, which is a just one. Our position on Kashmir also is just. We will betray our Kashmiri brethren if we just let the issue go. We can never do that.
they are not being held hostage. It is india who is doing the killing fields and mass graves in occupied Kashmir. So if anything, it is india who should drop the issue and allow for referendum. It really isnt so complicated --especially when Kashmiris themselves are so vocal against hindustan.
Perhaps take a look at what BD has done
what BD has done is what BD has done. That is them. We are a different country.
they still have many issues with India
well -- yeah -- your border forces kill Bangalis every single day....
but that doesn't stop the two of us from developing trade and growing our economies.
If your definition of ''trade'' is dumping cheap medium-quality goods on another market and inducing trade imbalances that only suit you -- then keep your trade for yourself
one of the major reason of political discontent in Bangladesh is the huge trade gap which is also supported by the fact that hindustanis are known for their non-trade barriers (especially applicable WRT Bangladesh exports). Amount of loss due to non-trade barriers are never properly evaluated --they should be.
i think indian market --given its size -- it would be favourable if Pakistan got unhindered access to it but we all know that will never happen....and in fact i wouldnt expect it to regardless of what part of the standard ''cycle'' in relations we are at vis-a-vis hindustan
Suit yourself
yup, always do
