What's new

For an India-led security architecture in South Asia

Wow man your funny, you sure have a career in comedy. Maldives with just 300k population tell you to stick it, Sri Lankan navy shooting your fisher men.....etc. N you say India can force BD to sign on the dotted line, pray do tell how? LOL....Man you funny.

YES, this is EXACTLY what i am saying & i stand by it, u don't know how involved India is in Maldives & SL where we give military training, have radars in Maldives, patrol there coast etc. & the only argument u can bring is just one off case. Do you even know that the first thing that the Maldivian Govt. did after the cancelling of GMR contract was to get in touch with GOI & make them understand how important India is for Maldives.

One doesn't have to look anywhere else as to how involved India is in BD, just the BD section will suffice:

P.S. Just to make myself more clear:

Can India force it's neighbors for such an arrangement - YES.

Will India do it - NO (it will be a diplomatic blunder).

India did nothing, the Soviets saved your ***.

What exactly would India do to prevent it? Pray tell, you do not seriously believe what you wrote.

That the way we think about our National interest................Indra went to Russia to sign treaty months before 1971 war............Us didn't have balls to attack India on Indian territory.....................You couldn't win Vietnam............India was & is not Afghanistan or Iraq...............
So don't Just overestimate yourself

Chankya malaunic wet dreams of the aggressive hegemon of S.asia.:cheesy: And then Indians here say that they don’t have twisted regional ambitions. What kind of extra-territorial military interventions is this malaun talking about? What country will ever attack SL/BD or Maldives apart from Malaunic chankyas? :what:
Look at this malauns hypocrisy & wet dreams as he tries to undermine the soverginity of Smaller states acting as a fagotic saint:

None of India’s smaller neighbours has the capacity to ward off extra-territorial security/military intervention. India alone is capable of this.

Hence, the expectation that smaller neighbours should keep India informed and updated about their concerns and arrangements on the geo-strategic front.

A classic case of wolf crying wolf .

The ideal, of course, would be for these countries to resist the temptation of inviting extra-territorial players into the region and providing them with political and strategic space.

Make other’s do their chankya work.

The perception is that these countries may have been working — or operating a strategic partnership — with China, to the eternal detriment of India’s security interests and strategic concerns.

SO malauns want smaller countries to look after India’s interest leaving aside their own interest.

Seldom do they ask why India has never taken them into confidence while signing strategic partnership agreements with extra-territorial powers.

Duh, Because chankya malaun itself is the only extra-territorial threat to the region. :meeting:

At the end of the day, the smaller neighbours are the first line of defence for India.

The malaunic cat is out of the bag.

The whole article is based on malaunic chankya assumption, that India is saint & owns S.asia & other countries are mere subjects of India required to do India’s bidding. This kind of mindset is also apparent if one sees PDF Indians here. But, bought up with this kinds of delusional brainstorming hindutva brainwash , one can expect nothing better.

Haha, man n you think just bcz AL gov has cordial relations with India, some how you dictate BD foreign policy? Dude even if by some miracle/magic you could put a real client government in power n not just a friendly one, nothing's gonna change. No BD gov is ever gonna make any formal security agreements with India, the government is prevented from buying a single bullet from India, n you think the army is going to allow this to happen? Dude please quit smoking that stuff, it's getting to your head.

N as for Maldives, when your gov has the power to force them to GMRs contract back, get back to me.....

Thats some pretty good weed the writer is smoking. India can barely dictate itself, and he is talking about dictating other countries...

India tried that with BD post 71, tooth & nail. Failed miserably. Indira was furious on post 75 political changeover but she couldn't do anything to stop that. U guys even backed the terrorist shanti bahini n CHT after that. Raw's Project "independent" chittagong failed.

As for that Link, your ignorant self would have done better had it checked out that it was an accusation by PM against the oppositions. Simple political exchange of words. Time will tell whether BNP will court India's malaunic wishes or not. This same BNP was in power 3 times & india always whined about their anti-India stance. SUdden change of hearts.:undecided:

And U R forgetting the army equation. U would to completely neutralize our army for any of your wet dreams and your R trying that since 71, the last being the henious pilkhanna massacre. Bangladeshis won't ever forget that incident & all the other atrocities commited by chankya malauns.

Last but not least we R the 3rd largest muslims country in the world which is not landlocked like buthan & nepal. But then again U can live in your malaunic wet dreams like the rest of India.

Dude, no one in the world cares about BD. Just stay in your country and stop illegally coming to India, so we dont have to shoot you. Thats all we ever might want from Bangladesh.

Your wet dreaming fanatic political analyst care. Ask them & your GOI to stop bugging BD. U R living in fool's paradise or intentional denial if U think your country is some sort of saint.

Our country will always look after our interests, whether that interest is in supporting RAWAMI League or Jamaatis. We could care less for what you guys do internally, as long as it suits our interests of you not illegally migrating across the border and stealing cow like thieves.

Then don't go ga ga & bring 71 when we point out India's hypocrisy & terrorism. Never spout non-sense & ask your shamless pathetic countrymen to stop whining & begging gratefulness from us.

mate do you understand that if India decides to build a few more Tipaimukh or Farakka like projects your entire country will literally become a desert in a matter of months!now you can whine about going and registering a complaint in U.N. against India but the reality is that the U.N. can't do **** about this and it will probably put some sanctions against us but it won't matter again as we have seen enough sanctions on India in the past but it didn't make us weak.on the contrary it enabled us to achieve a degree of self sufficiency and helped our indigenous industries in the long run!so at the end of the day nobody will come to your rescue(not even china)!so before doing anything foolish think about the dire consequences which you will face.:coffee:

india-led?

never going to happen

In south asia, there is no country which can challenge us in a direct fight...even Pakistan..and btw..as much as no one likes us...there is nothing u can do..u bring china..we can make ur life living hell..go and ask sri lanka.what happened to that country when they just thought of bringing USA to intimidate us...

india-led?

i think you forgot that india cant either

If India wants, India can successfully blockade any country in south asia..we have done it time and again..1971, 1999..
can Pakistan do it to India?

Maoists...Freedom fighters..

and wait..

your own military personnel.

I'd say Pakistan being at a disadvantaged position is fairing better than your call center supaa powaa.

:coffee:

My nation faced several threats since 1947 and it faced them successfully.

In 1960s India was facing numerous problems like famines, insurgency fueled in NE by Pakistan, Naxals, Insurgency in J&K etc.

India had virtually no modern industrial base; We had to create Heavy industries. The industries created by British were mostly light.

Indian economy was overburdened and was having slow GDP growth rate for decades.

Then we were forced to fight 4 wars.

We were at very disadvantageous position compared to a SA nation which has oldest space agency in subcontinent and was seen as idol for development by S. Korea; despite this we have progressed very much.

Insurgency in NE is nearly wiped out. Insurgency in J&K is at all time low. Maoist and Naxal threat is being dealt with.

We successfully combated those threats, created a large industrial base, made India one of top 10 economies, military and space powers of world.

I rest my case.
