Airsoft is massively unrepresentative of true combat, so this is not a valid comparison

Military doctrines, considered reinforcements, air support and target analysis beforehand all take place in regards to real life engagements, none of which occurs in Airsoft.

The reason that Special forces are so deadly in combat and almost regarded as superheroes is not because they have faster reflexes or can shoot more accurately, but rather that they have higher levels of mental endurance, intelligence and physical concentration than the average grunt. They're trained to come from anywhere, at any moment, and to attack from the most unexpected angles possible whilst being prepared to fight absolutely anything they come across.
