Case against IK has no ground.. Uski ab tak jo proceedings bhi hui hian, PML N lawyer hasnt been able to satisfy the court yet... Athough ke inquisitve questions horahay hian abhi PML N lawyer se...lekin abhi tak woh koi explanation nahi de sakay.. Akram Shekh seems to be clueless.. Tht case will surely be dismissed

In my mind they are rushing things to avoid major chaos but that may now be inevitable.

-1 is already done.
Further -2 has been on the cards for some time, chipping away gradually.

Additional -1 would be interesting. And if that doesn't happen, I do not see IK holding on to power beyond one term.

Major chaos = system collapse ... long caretaker government to do major safaya inc constitutional reforms ... that sounds very familiar ...

True.. I disagree with IK on many things..but I dont think he is corrupt atleast.. Case against him is politcally motivated, and has no legal ground.. Hence i think, it will be dismissed

We all do. Nobody is 100 percent agreeable not even the mirror.
It is an intentional weak case serving political leverage to others.
Constitution of Pakistan is written quite realistically since it renders everyone unfit to run for office. So IK is on a lease right now.

I'm not talking of martial law ... system itself has collapsed already but a few are pulling/pushing it forward with punctured wheels. Bro, I have thought about the possibility of a revolution.. Why other nations come out to get their rights forcefully from governments.

In our country, we have something called Martial Law.. Our people do not come out on streets because they still expect Army to take over and do the painful job while they, the people, remain in their comfort zones.. inside their homes..

Unless that expectation is killed, people will still remain lazy and will look forward to an unconstitutional take over..

In the past few months, I have seen people relying less on PA's role. If this situation continues, people will surely come out and kill the tyrants in order to snatch what's rightfully their.

If we read Justice Khosa's verdict, he and Justice Qazi faiz Isa agree tht 62/63 is for public morality...and honesty..... In his verdict, he has clearly mentioned..tht we should take a restrictive view for 62/63 ... To understand 62/63 we shd read Justice Qazi Faiz Isa's take on tht.... Justice Qazi faiz Isa has given very apt interpretation for 62/63...
