Usual practice is when JIT is formed; the names of accused in the case are put on ECL - would it be done for N$ in this case, or there are different laws for Sharifs and Non-Sharifs?

Might not be on ECL but SC may order cancellation of the foreign trips of people (like NS, Dar etc) and force them to attend investigation sessions.

And NS and others know that not complying with SC order will be contempt and will result in direct disqualification. NS & Co are in a big hole.

Hawai fire tu hai..but atleast it shows his intent and bias..ke NS ko keh rahay hain ke main ne jhoota nahi kaha...even after so much contradictory statements and evidence against him..but terming IK as liar...... He is truly an advocate of the sharifs

Pehlay din tu in dono ki bhtt jaldi main parhi theen... Ab tasalli se Justce Khosa ki bhi dobara parh li, aur justice Gulzar ki bhi tasalli se parhun gi dobara... Kuch mood theek hua, jo advocate ki baaton se kharab hogaya tha..

There will be bias in judiciary no doubt, afterall they are from this highly polarised society, but collectively I still think the case is going in the right direction.

PPP, from what it seems, are trying to push for early elections whereas Nawaz seems to be bent on being a syasi shaheed. Maybe he's buying time to get Maryam elected as an MNA and then resign handing power to her.

Case against IK has no ground.. Uski ab tak jo proceedings bhi hui hian, PML N lawyer hasnt been able to satisfy the court yet... Athough ke inquisitve questions horahay hian abhi PML N lawyer se...lekin abhi tak woh koi explanation nahi de sakay.. Akram Shekh seems to be clueless.. Tht case will surely be dismissed

IK still like taking dictation or not seasoned enough in how to use it.

For him it still remains a game of patience.
Only a major revolution will see him crowned champion of Pakistan although he lays a significant claim to that.

True.. I disagree with IK on many things..but I dont think he is corrupt atleast.. Case against him is politcally motivated, and has no legal ground.. Hence i think, it will be dismissed
