Stop being silly, how can you say that Taliban in Afghanistan have different ethnicities? They are both pashtoon, although both of them have a very small percentage of the other people within them.

If I am Afghani where did i live in pakistan? that is not very logical. Yes, there are alot of afghans live in Pakistan and Iran, but that doestn mean we have to have been in pakistan. Out of over 30m afghanis, around 2-3m live in pakistan. and please stop asking personal question, can we go on top now?

TTP and Taliban are old collaborators. Sufi Mohammed, a mujahideen came back to Pakistan in the early 90's after fighting in Afghanistan against the Soviets initially and later the local factions to initiate a movement in Pakistan.

He wanted to enforce Sharia in Malakand and when rejected, he revolted, the army had to move in and crush him. The Mehsuds, Bahadur and many other who were a part of the original Mujahideen groups or their children, later joined him when the came to Pakistan after the WOT started.

So they have similar ethnicity, religion and birthplace as well.

There was no element of old Taliban regime in Afghanistan ever since.

Fazllullah and others are allied with Afghani Taliban, they many times attacked border districts of Kunar in a joint operation with AT. They even captured the districts briefly before they lost it again.
