That's a shame, there should be more Asian British people joining the reserves. There were 4 in my old batch .

There are a decent number of Asians, just not enough British Paks, which is a shame, a lot of them good do with a good dose of discipline.

Agree, also representation is key. Because it help build bridges and break stereotypes I think.
