I have yet to see the so-called 'Libturds' in Pakistan going out on the streets and causing the massive damage to property, killing people on the streets, foaming at the mouth... At most there are some sections of Pakistani society who might appear too westernized for some but they keep to themselves, perhaps sometimes smug, but they are not violent thugs unlike the religious extremists.
Pakistan may have turned more conservative under Zia ul Haq but essentially Pakistanis are still Sufi-oriented, middle of the road Muslims. There cannot be a justifiable comparison between the liberals of Pakistan vs the thugs like those of the TLP.
