We need to make sure ministers are performing best of their abilities. I hope he gives the IT ministry to someone with corporate/management experience.

Nah, I highly doubt it. The reshuffle is probably due to opposition pressure that kept criticizing a number of PTI ministers. He's probably bringing in new faces, but the actual PTI strategy may not change.
