She can make her own decision. If she dont wana come home then her father should stop acting like a child.

Yes legally it is, but as a father he don't wanna lose her ( in shape of pieces to blow her self someday ) and he is trying whatever he think he can do.

Right after Peshawer sad incident the government machinery move very fast, APC/Search Operations/Encounters/Bombing etc but every single day passes the THINGS coming back in normals. I don't think some more progress related with terrorism thingy happen. We are again on ground Zero.

We're not back to zero, no, the Army is pushing a lot in Waziristan and within the cities. Operations are being conducted on a greater scale than before and they've probably put the Intel agencies on extended high alert. The reason it seems we're on ground zero is because attacks being prevented don't make that big headlines.

From a military perspective, we're clearly making progress. But the issue with terrorism is that its not just a military conflict - its also ideological, about narrative. The government needs to work there, military can't go around educating people and regulating madrasse. The government isn't playing its part properly, they just made a committee to review the previous committee's decisions and now there's apparently a committee to oversee the committee that oversees committees

Well, the father is arguing that she is being kept against her will and they're probably training her to murder innocents - both concerns are very valid and legal action here is justified. The Jamia Hafsa people and the daughter need to be summoned in court, that'll clear up the confusion at least.
