A new definition of Atrocities is emerging. Eliminating terrorist is atrocity now. You have a gun and you want to kill people. Armed forces come and encounter takes place. Pople from both side gets killed. Killing of those terrorist who picked up the gun to kill people and against the nation becomes atrocity.
