Really, imran khan got very hardcore followers.... Even if he will kill someone, but still followers will support him.
How can a political leader make so many mistakes and take u-turns but still he is popular?

And let's just think a bit about the Toshakana Case: While I don't have any problem with Imran selling the State gifts given to Imran. But how low it is from a man who quotes the Scriptures, promises a 'New Pakistan', references Riyasat e Medina all the time and brings up some of the highest personalities as references, claiming to do be wanting to be like them. How low of a person to ask others' kids to go out and protest while his own kids are hiding in the safety of the rich family in England. How low of a person to say things like 'Better to die then to embrace slavery' while he walks into the courts with shields ALL around him and ON him.

Imran Khan has multiple charges:

1- He got the gifts and did not deposit to tosha-khan, later sold them through Farah, Zulfi etc to other countries without informing customs, this is called money-laundering.

So he didn't deposit them?

2- He got the gifts but before depositing to tosha-khana he sold them, held a bogus evaluation and undervalued the gifts hence deposited 20% of that evaluation.

Or did he deposit them?

Make up your mind dude.

3- He sold the gifts at higher price but deposited fake sale receipts to tax authorities.

Here you say he deposited receipts to tax authorities.

5- He did not declare the gifts to tax authorities and election commission which he retained without paying a rupee. The value of these gifts is more than the tax he deposited in his entire life.

But now you say he did not declare them.

You yourself aren't clear on it it seems.

And finally, why is the ECP or NAB then investigating the case? Shouldn't this be an FBR case?

Some of the gifts were not deposited to tosha-khana, some of the gifts were changed with counterfeit copies before depositing to tosha-khana.

NAB is doing this under the banner of misuse of authority. ECP has done its investigation now they are perusing criminal proceedings in Session Court Islamabad against Imran Khan as wrong declaration to ECP is a criminal act.

Even Imran Khan is not refuting these facts, he is taking plea that the case should not be proceeded on technical grounds, he does not want to contest the mase on merits of facts.
