5- He did not declare the gifts to tax authorities and election commission which he retained without paying a rupee. The value of these gifts is more than the tax he deposited in his entire life.
6- He smuggled the gifts to other countries by using his position, Farah traveled many time on a private jet for this purpose.

No wonder Imran khan is using every possible delaying tactics in this case, today the case would have been concluded but Imran Khan has gone to SC for a stay order, his plea was rejected by IHC but he has also submitted an intra-court appeal in IHC. The SC Plea would be rejected as IHC has not decided the matter yet but Imran Khan will use this rejection for his political narrative.

Secondly the deed was typed by the lawyer in England in February 2006 not by Maryam, they deliberately did not contact the lawyer to find-out whether he had that version or not.

This really paints a picture of a bad person but let me tell you a story.
Once a really wealthy person got elected as the prime minister. He moved to pm house and checked his bed room. He ordered his staff officer to get his wash room's shower changed as he wants just like the one in his own washroom in his residence. So the staff officer goes to his palace and gets the shower and goes on shopping. He was dismayed to hear that this model of shower had went out of production a while ago. So as a last resort he went to a factory owner and begged him to mould him a new one. So in this way he got the same shower and His highness was able to perform government duties at last with a peaceful mind.

Even today PTI chairman was in SC to get a stayorder, he is already in IHC for same person, after refusal of stay order from SC, IK and his lawyer did not appear in the trail court, the trail court has to give a questionnaire to one the other lawyer in his team, who was there to get adjournment in the case, after adjournment fr next day, he made another request for adjournment for more days. PTI is complaining at every forum that why the trail court judge is hearing the case so fast. Still PMLN is less interested in reunning the case??
