In 5th August 2012 press conference Senator Faisal Raza Abidi demanded the resignation of Chief Justice of Pakistan due to unfair decision against People's Party. He exposed various wrong and unfair decisions of Chief Justice with proof.

As per democracy and the constitution Politicians work for the citizens, they are servants of the citizens and hence:

I being a citizen and master of these slaves (sorry, politicians) demand the resignation of all the politicians currently in the parliament and that they along with their family members leave Pakistan for good and give a pledge to the nation that they will not ever again interfere in the affairs of Pakistan.

All politicians ir-respective of their age are my slaves

SC stops JIT from further inquiry in Arsalan case
South Asian News Agency (SANA) ⋅ August 1, 2012 ⋅ Share/Save
ISLAMABAD, (SANA): Supreme Court has stopped joint investigation team from advance inquiry till further order. The stay order has been issued by the Supreme Court till August 2.

Two member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Justice Jawwad Khawaja and comprising Justice Khilji Arif Hussain heard the appeal of Dr Aslan.

During hearing of Arsalan Iftikhar case in Supreme Court, Zahid Bukhari on the part of Malik Riaz raised an objection in showing video in the court, adding that what is authenticity of the video. How the counsel for Arsalan Iftikhar came to know about this, Zahid consulted.
He advocated that this action has badly affected the case of his client.

At this, Justice Jawad S Khwaja while passing his remarks said that issuance of stay order till August would not create any colossal problem. Justice Khilji Arif while directing Zahid Bukhari said, “Let the court do its job. Please avoid uttering such words which may cause trouble for you.”

Meanwhile the Supreme Court rejected the oral petition of Malik Riaz in which he had asked for immunity from appearing before the court in the contempt of court case.

A three-member bench headed by Justice Shakirullah Jan heard the case.

Riaz’s Attorney Dr Abdul Basit pleaded that the case’s hearing should be adjourned as the apex court had not announced the verdict regarding the new contempt law case yet.

The court accepted the attorney’s plea and subsequently adjourned the hearing until Aug 9.

On the other hand, NAB’s Prosecutor General K K Agha while raising his objection on the video said that how Arsalan Iftikhar’s access to the Supreme Court video became possible. However, the Supreme Court rejected the objections raised by the Prosecution General and other actors.

The apex court said in its judicial order that the court noted the objections raised by the learned counsel Zahid Bukhari on the part of Malik Riaz. When the court issued prohibitory order, he also raised objections. The reply to these issues is very simple. The learned counsel is not conscious of the reality that the court had issued notices in this regard.

Policemen suspended for parading people naked
Reuters | 7 hours ago

ISLAMABAD: Four Pakistani policemen have been suspended after allegedly parading a man and two women naked in a town, police officials said on Sunday.

It was unclear clear why the three were naked while being escorted to the police station in the southern town of Gambat on July 28.

The man, businessman Mumtaz Mallah, 52, told Reuters police were punishing him for refusing to pay him a bribe.

Irfan Baloch, a senior local police officer, said all three were part of a prostitution ring and authorities were responding to community pressure by arresting them.

The trio were already naked when police raided Mallah’s home, he said.

“The main arresting police officer’s mistake was that he should have covered them up,” said Baloch.

Town residents took video footage of the arrests which shows Mallah trying to put clothes on.

Mallah has been released on bail. The two women are still in police custody, Baloch said.

Faisal Raza hurls allegations against CJ, demands his resignation
DAWN.COM | 7 hours ago

Senator Faisal Raza Abidi on Sunday hurled allegation of prejudice against Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry and demanded resignations from him and other judges who were reinstated but had taken an oath under the Provisional Constitutional Order (PCO), DawnNews reported.

He said that his party would get rid of PCO judges and would present a bill in the parliament to reinstate the 110 judges who had been sacked earlier.

Addressing a press conference in Islamabad, Abidi said that the chief justice should have resigned after his son, Arsalan Iftikhar, was alleged to have indulged in financial impropriety.

He alleged that Chief Justice Iftikhar had directed the Lahore High Court (LHC) to issue a stay order in a case pertaining to the 46 billion rupees of outstanding dues on different cellular companies.

Abidi said his party would “force him out the same way he had been restored as a judge.”

He said the PPP had always respected the courts, adding that, the party’s ministers had appeared before the courts and even a PPP prime minister had been sacrificed.

Abidi said “a judicial martial-law has been imposed in the country.”

The senator said his party was being targeted by the court while cases against PPP’s opponents had been granted stay orders.

The PPP senator requested the government to come forward and take steps to restore the parliament’s supremacy, adding that, the parliament had the authority of enacting and amending laws.

Abidi said the parliament was supreme and above other institutions. “Parliament is an institution which forms laws and constitutions. No one has the right to criticise its laws,” he said.

He said the courts should have taken action against dictators.

He alleged that Chief Justice House Islamabad had been misused for commercial purposes of Arsalan Iftikhar.

The senator showed bank account statements of Arsalan Iftikhar and raised questions about the legitimacy of his assets. He also showed that the billing address mentioned was that of the Chief Justice House in Islamabad.

Abidi said he would soon go to London to collect evidence against Arsalan Iftikhar and would call another press conference after doing so in 10 days.

by principle he is dam right!
