Nah - not sure if the USA would approve that upgrade and even then - would it not make more sense for PAF to focus elsewhere - these birds are the last USA birds PAF will operate. However a Turish version of a JF17 ( JF-17T ? ) with Turkish mission computers, AESA, Turkish avionics, missiles, cruise missiles and EW will be very interesting and could form part of the pathway to the TFX induction to build an ecosystem or tools and maintenace infrastucture to support Turkish systems in Pakistan. Basically decouple the avionics from the airframe ... and source different avionics and weapons load. That was the intention with a French Sagem derived option until that was abandoned so the concept already exists within the JF17 programme.

Don't need any approvals becoz USA is against us both providing weapons and we r not buying anything from them so get upgraded them
