Apart from Sherdils, PAF doesn't have a dedicated display team or individual aircraft like Solo Turk.
The air displays we witness on Pakistan Day or otherwise are performed by the regular duty combat pilots who carry out practice a few days before the event. Furthermore unlike others, when PAF carries out these demos right above the Capital, safety becomes even more critical.

Sherdils is a far cry from being a dedicated display team. I don't think the PAF has assigned dedicated assets or personnel for practicing these things full-time. This might change if/when they acquire a LIFT and have a few K-8s to spare full-time for aerial displays.

Lack of manpower. And foremost lack of interest. If there was interest, it would have been more than possible. In contrast USAF have a dedicated squadron pilot, and even the UAE Air Force does the same where a young captain is assigned as a demo pilot in addition to their squadron duties.

Depends how that is combined with a marketing team which is also run by the air force.
