Exactly, he was moaning about stable countries but the truth is stable countries are stable because their citizens keep it stable, and running away at first chance isn't going to do that. Their is an individual and collective component to people. If the society is unstable it is because their is no justice because the government is corrupt. I think you are picturing a stable family unit in a country ravaged by war for last 4-5 decades. These people may not even have families. Parents killed in war. Or kicked out of house to take care of themselves as soon as they are off some age.
