I have been warning about a 'false flag' from the CIA repeatedly in the 'US Stops Aid to Pakistan' topic. The warning is, because, in all my scenarios Pakistan cannot be humbled by Americans to do America's bidding. Only a false-flag involving Pakistan can do the kind of damage to pressure Pakistan. Please don't underestimate the spy agencies' ways. The other day I was listening to an NPR book and it startled me the kind of sophisticated plots, violence, and deceptions done by various combatants' spy agencies--in WW II--when the technology and resources were primitive by today's standards.

Now, this may not be 'the false flag' I have in mind but I have no doubt that ISI is NOT involved in this. Pakistan gains nothing by heating up tensions against India especially now that Uncle Sam and Pakistan are on a collision course. Who knows what kind of 'evidence' is presented to Pasha about this latest Mumbai attack to pressurize him even more. At any rate, a false-flag not involving Americans is even better--and life is the sub-continent is cheap.
