Actually just 2.4%. But pensions are not included plus nuclear weapon budget is separate i think? Army also do business, where does that money go?

Well Modi threat is as always hot air nothing more, Pakistan need to get serious about development. Defence budget should stay the same for 2-3 years at least till energy crisis is over.

It's important but Invest in supply side polices and watch our economy grow. Rid ourselves of terrorism as well. Keep the money flowing to remedy such things.

Keye modi aye aur haye ghe, at the end of the day he is Hindu. They would happily accept LOC as border but not us... Pakistan need to merge FATA with KPK, more budget needed for proper integration.

I think the victory of Narendra Modi may play vital role in the future of South Asia. He may want to wage a war against us as he popularly hints towards the possibility.

6.9 billion dollars is not much for the world's 7th largest Armed Force. We should keep it close to 16% of the total budget, whatever the total figure is.
