Let's not pat our back more than what we deserve..Care to explain if P5 are in favor then what is stopping us from getting the UNSC seat?? Look all we have got is assurances but nothing concrete...b/w no-one has agreed on the VETO power without which India is anyways not interested...

Also west can hammer China but irrespective of that they have went ahead with two more nuclear reactors to Pakistan....for which west can't do jack!!....that's why i said UNSC is a failure because it is all about G5 interests...rest all are just pawns...Even if India joins UNSC it wont change the fact
