Suggest Exercises for relief from inguinal hernia (groin hernia) .

The one where you go to a hospital and lay on a bed they put a mesh in your tummy. I don't think there are any exercises that can reverse once a herniated intestine exists.

Don't lifting heavy things, avoid cough, sneeze, avoid constipation.
Basically don't make increase pressure on abdomen. Only operation cure hernia, so make appointment with doctor.
