The IAF is setting up the finest training program in the region-FACT. It is just the basic trainers are yet to be inducted yet and there are some very old a/c flying with the IAF so crashes are bound to happen. But don't you worry these issues will all be sorted out VERY soon and by 2025 the IAF will conversely have on of the lowest average-age fleet in the world as compared to one of the oldest currently.

yeah man,in every 10% of defence deals,10% of officers are believed to be corrupt who take 10% of the total money so that this 10% money is used in divisions of 10% for their personal use's 10%
